This company can come across and ageist and one that utilizes favoritism.

management allowed for creativity and innovation. Management and leadership teams encourage and empower employees to be honest in problem solving.

Cons

Not enough money for the responsibilities. That also is just the state of affairs when working in behavioral health.

Pros

Susan Blue, CEO and company mission, and values. A true respect as well for all caregivers and therapists who work with much love and compassion.

Cons

Other management. All department directors have no clue on how to work with each other. Having several programs under one roof causes havoc with a disorganization and no true middle mgmt in place.
