Competitive salary and benefits. Mostly leave company culture intact

There were quite a few hiccups at the time of initial purchase of my hospital, but since then much of the management has changed and things seem to operate more smoothly

Pros

I love that CVP acts as a true parent company and allows our hospitals to remain individual in our branding. We maintain a sense of being your neighborhood family veterinary hospital, but at the same time we have a partnership with a company that supports and guides us making it easier to provide care for our clients. I love the support team that we are building with our other hospitals and also everyone in our corporate office. Everyone is helpful and accessible.

Cons

Training program could be revamped to be more detailed and streamlined for a smoother on boarding process.

Pros

I've worked in extremely strict corporate offices before and CVP is much different than any others. The atmosphere is fun and collaborative and we're constantly trying out new and innovative ideas in order to meet the needs of a quickly growing company. Instead of feeling in competition with your coworkers, you all work together and cheer eachother on, which I love. Every day is different and we all work together to support the family of hospitals.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly so things are fast paced, this may be tough at times but I don't see it as a con. Rapid growth is what I'd like to see in a company I work for.
