Pros

Health Insurance, 401k, PTO, Uniform allowance

Cons

They bought out our previous owners and promised nothing would change and in a few short year they are trying to change everything. They never sent anyone to help train managers on how they would like things done, but would be unhappy with things not being done the way they want them. CVP is all about the money and not about the patients or the growth of employees. Period. They do nothing to appreciate their staff or encourage them. Terrible communication. They let bills go unpaid to where we almost get services shut off. It takes forever for them to get anything done. The benefits are not as good as our previous owner’s benefits were, even though they clearly have more capabilities to do so. Their turnaround rate is high in corporate.

Pros

Not micromanaged, freedom to work anywhere and anytime. Pay, holiday gifts & parties

Cons

CVP is very focused on the bottom line and does not care about its employees mental health or happiness in the work placer. The ELT are aware of an array of issues and ignores them. Townhalls are monthly to discuss the metrics of the org; CEO talks about accomplishments but never addresses how to create change.

Pros

Free lunches from sales people. (Some) Nice coworkers. Decent PTO plan.

Cons

So much drama at the location I worked at, management only cares about protecting themselves and their bottom line. You get a cost of living expense raise every year, 1-3% of your hourly rate, this being around 0.30$ usually. They are always short staffed, so while you get plenty of PTO good luck using it, unless you request off a year in advance. They don't have a real training program and you have to seek out the trainers to ask to learn something, and until they've seen you do it 100 times you aren't allowed to perform it alone. High turnover rate but they're unable to hire new staff so the situation only gets worse.
