      Pros

      The product and brand recognition are second to none. It is amazing how far the company has come since inception. What's even more impressive is how it has been able to transition into the SaaS space so quickly and made a big mark.

      Cons

      Marketing is beyond toxic. This may seem like a cliché statement made by all disgruntled employees, but I have worked at some large organizations and the two marketing departments here take the cake. The company celebrates women in tech which is a wonderful thing to do; but has multiple departments of women just berating men while no one says a word. Not one individual in either marketing department (yes, they have two for some reason); knows what to do in order to generate pipeline, leading to sales constantly breathing down their necks and getting away with their own mishaps. Whether it's lead routing; sales development or basic ABM marketing, this company is clueless. Simply put, the company should be on top of it's competitors simply based on its accreditations (e.g.Gartner) yet flounders to even hit their numbers because of Marketing's foolishness.
