      Pros

      My co workers really cared and were honest hardworking people!

      Cons

      The management is so out of touch. They overwork the employees and think nothing of ignoring compensation! They are all about implementing nonsense programs that only look good on paper but do not work in application- the management is not concerned about staying connected to their teams. This company actually rewards those who do “nothing” and the observant -hard -workers get no recognition or $ rewards. They are too concerned with fluff and PC nonsense- at this time ! the product is STILL quality- however This can not remain because behind the scenes they are a mess!

      The employees are great and was fun working with them. Staff was always willing to help.

      Cons

      HR and Management kept changing directions so had to leave. Covid was interesting times that made them change to much of the company structure and going more toward an EMC workplace.
