Pros
Good pay, benefits, PTO policy. Flexibility to work from home. Overall, coworkers were helpful and worked as a team.
Cons
Some toxic coworkers affected productivity. While most people were a pleasure to work with, some were always looking to throw others under the bus for their own oversights. Love the company, but was unable to transition into the job I really wanted to do, despite several requests to those that might have been able to make it happen. Internal communication was often lacking/delayed and this affected morale in areas where changes were imminent.
