-No work life balance , -No proper training provided or support provided -Technically poor colleagues , and won’t respond for query - all they focus is about cases and how you handle customer they are least bothered about technical skill growth or trainings - poor management in india region for support as they just focus on cases and distributing cases to support team guys even if they don’t have bandwidth - micromanagement especially in media management team . - hikes are given only if you are in good books of supervisors

-- REVOLVING DOOR POLICY. -- Frequent Management/ Field/ Team changes at Worldwide and theatre levels. -- Frequent changes of entire territory sales / pre-sales teams (ANZ, SEA, India etc.) -- New Management comes in, they bring in an entirely new team, chop and change without any plan or vision ... change for the sake of buying time for new management "to show time on their resumes" (where they look for a new job and move out or are fired) -- Building trust with customers and partners becomes a huge challenge .. by the time you build trust, you or your team are on the way out. -- EXPECTATIONS are UNREALISTIC.. -- The current APJ management is of hardware commodity sales heritage ...so expects to sell software like commodity hardware and when that doesn't happen, they get more than trigger happy ..
