      Pros

      Great health benefits, flexible hours. Thats all!

      Cons

      Leadership is very weak. No clear account strategies and business strategy for the country. Toxic Sales environment. Leadership has been very biased towards a single rep. All the large accounts and full government accounts are under the same rep and yet he carries the same quote as the rest of the reps! Whole Sales Team is being attacked by this rep which makes a highly toxic workplace!

While I can't speak to your experience in past years, I can say that since joining a little over a year ago, sales in Commvault ANZ has been reinvigorated, as illustrated by our high growth and very low attrition.
