      Lots of ambition, Talented group of people, Start up mindset but with a solid financial and product behind

      The usual pressure for results normal in the sector. Not really a Cons but you got to be ready for it.

      Pros

      There are some great people at Commvault, and overall the people want to make it a great place. Some change was needed to make the company more attractive, that was achieved. Some new joiners will fit in and find it great. It isn't all bad here, just it has lost what was special.

      Cons

      Very Senior management are so detached from what the company does that it hurts the whole company. Commvault is not a start up SaaS backup company, stop trying to make it that. It is very obvious the company is being sold off, but in the process you have lost what made it a great place to work. Every single task is about making the company attractive to investors - not attractive not staff or customers... think about that too.
