      Culture Change causes company to lost its way

      Pros

      Good pay, great products and a loyal customer base made this an ideal place to work. Solid engineering and product strategy keeps Commvault relevant in the market

      Cons

      New leadership has changed the culture and it is no longer a positive place to work. The leadership team and the Sr. Management have no loyalty regardless of performance. I would no longer recommend working there due to the people aspect of the job. Sadly a once great company is now another turnstile cut-throat unpleasant organization.

      Cons

      Can be a pressure cooker to the point of hostility. Not unusual to hear managers shouting at each other behind closed doors. Pay is not great.

      Toxic Back Stabbing Political Environment

      Pros

      Was a great place to work at one time under Bob Hammer. Good benefits and compensation. Beautiful headquarters not far from the Jersey Shore.

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes corroded the company at its core and brought out the worst in people - especially among senior management within Marketing and HR departments. Place is a shell of what it once was. Tried to lay employees off without severance packages with cleverly worded termination letters and conditions - all during Covid. Toxic environment now. No consistency or career growth plans. Promotions given to certain people at will while others wait without explanation. Definately need to be part of the inner circle to get ahead.
