Pros

the company has a lot of aspirations to establish itself as market leaders and that is very well communicated to all its employees. the company is quick to react changing market trends and has built in amazing flexibility to be able to churn inspiring quality products to serve the customers better. every employee is engaged in this process is the lime light of this companies engineering team.

Cons

Not all employees would be comfortable with ever changing market dynamics and the need for flexibility.

Pros

The product is fantastic and the package on offer is usually pretty good.

Cons

Pockets of fantastic people exist within CommVault and 'newer' members are bringing in much needed skill sets though many of the 'remaining' management still have some serious gaps which will remain a problem until some tough decisions are made at the upper levels.

Pros

with Simpana CommVault has a good product - but that's all they have.

Cons

What counts in this company is revenue only! Very bad experience. Pure benefits, no commitments, no respect, no trust. Not a great place to work!
