      Workplace really good. Technology is booming and the competitors are struggling. The vision of the company is exciting and I love to be a part of this organization.

      Pros

      The technology stack have been great and bleeding age for the past decade. Hands down one of the best data protection stack.

      Cons

      APJ leadership have always been poor to be honest. Just when you think they have gotten it finally sorted out in 2021 with proper APJ leadership, they change it up again in 2022. Culture is about the people you work closely daily in your immediate region and circle. Unfortunately, its not fantastic and dated.

      Compensation is not upto market level No additional bonus or gifts. (Never expect!!!). No recognition for s/w dev or test. Recognition always floats at eng mgr levels
