I don’t know how else to start this but to say I am sorry that this is the experience you have been left with. I can assure you this is not at all something I ever want to read. I do understand that as a company we have been going through a considerable amount of change, some exciting and some less so, to prepare us for the future. In the past 6 months alone, we have brought onboard a new leadership team, launched a new SaaS offering that was entirely incubated in-house and in record time, acquired the company Hedvig, and many other changes that will allow us to keep pace with an industry that is constantly evolving. And that we are on the right path was acknowledged as we were named a leader in our space by both Forrester and Gartner for the 8th year straight and certified as a Great Place to Work in both India and New Jersey 3 years in a row. Thank you for calling out work-life balance – or as I think of it: work-family life integration - that is very important to us. We know that we ask a lot from every Vaulter but we also believe we will only be successful if we create an environment where family and work feed off versus compete against each other. Be it through our unlimited vacation policy, family first principle, scholarship programs, premium-free healthcare or events such as our hallmark Bring Your Kids to Work Day, Halloween and Holiday party or family picnic that allow us to bring family and work together.
