Pros

I have been part of the Inside Sales team at Commvault for two years. Despite joining the company in a context of pandemic and teleworking, the collaboration with the whole team has always been fluid and close, making me feel welcome, included and supported. Management is flexible as long as you deliver commitment and results. Like any sales job you need to learn fast, be productive and achieve targets but there is a culture of recognition for hard work that motivates and incentivizes you. Overall it is a good company and a good team to work for, you can develop your career and professional skills and there are opportunities for growth and promotion.

Cons

Internal processes can be improved
