      Cons

      Support centre can be busy and hectic and create high pressure environment If you cant handle high pressure, this role isn't for you Weekend work once a month Diverse Customer base can be difficult to deal with due to cultural differences When its busy, its BUSY! It can be stressful, but don't suffer alone
