Pros

Product leader but starting to be part of a very commoditised market. Easy product to sell. Market leader allows you to get meetings inside the Datacentre teams.

Cons

License now means it's harder to retire quota as a AM you'd need to have a massive cadence of small deals with a whale of a deal every quarter. Micro Management and 'Revmax' are the stupidest form of management ever. coaching is the worst ever in management and has to be the biggest joke inside the company

The culture, people you work with, flexibility to learn any feature, people are talented here but they are not being utilised in the best way.

Cons

Dependency on US for your projects, IDC should lead the projects rather than being backup of your counterparts in US, there is no process followed, work is not done in organised way. Lack of communication between people across teams,
