Pros

- The people - The DEV team is top notch - Beautiful Building

Cons

- The changes of practices are proving to be difficult and messy - Processes are overly complicated, making life more difficult for the sales team as well as partners - High turnover in field facing roles - Extreme lack of transparency - Overly conservative culture, some progress only very recently - Little to no career coaching in some departments - Disappointing lack of maternity leave, for a "progressive" tech company it is embarrassing

Pros

Compensation, schedule flexibility, some good people, great technology

Cons

Engineering led innovation, the ideas came from the development team with the occasional request from customers where revenue was involved. Rewards and career opportunities tend to focus on relationships more that ability and effort.
