Cons

* No direction on where the ship is going! * Not much ownership -- 90%+ projects are done in US. * Code quality could be improved a lot * No trending technology trainings for employees * Pay is decent, however could improvise :) * Throughout org, QAs have lot better career growth compared to Developers! * Few managers are not upto the mark technically Misc: * No office shuttle facility for work commute * No creche facility for employees

Pros

Long lunches, lots of interns to spend time with, relaxed environment

Cons

Many intern managers are too busy to spend a lot of time working with the intern, so you may be lost for days or find yourself with nothing to do.

Pros

Awesome company if you are working with good manager and good team.

Cons

No advancement, no raises for a woman. You constantly are struggling with higher paying men for your place under the sun and constantly are being put down by male management. Work - life balance is none! Everything depends on your managers mood. This company is more political than White house, biting each others heads off while covering behinds is an official company sport.

Commvault Response

Thank you for sharing your feedback, I have to say it caught me off guard and I would encourage you to reach out to me directly. This is not at all the culture that we see day to day at Commvault and if you experience is different then as the CHRO I want to understand why. We know that not all managers are created equal which is why we are investing in manager training, emotional intelligence workshops and a manager communications center, and by many accounts is paying off as “MY MANAGER” consistently ranks as one of #1 strength in our annual vaulters voice survey. It is also disturbing to hear that you are not feeling like you are being treated fairly. As you know one of our core values is to treat others as they’d like to be treated which is why we have such a commitment to diversity and inclusion as we believe that makes us different makes us strong.
