      Pros

      The software is amazing and can manage Petabytes of data with a small staff

      Cons

      The product is over priced for what the market will handle. Sales Management needs to quit trying to re-invent the go to market plans.

      Solid product, Leader in the market, big customer base, Channel friendly. Caring team and good pay and benefits. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Like every software company, there are challenges in making the shift to the Cloud and AI. but it looks like the company is doing the right things. It takes time but all the alignments are good and eventually will pay off.

      Overall a good place to work with industry leading technology

      Cons

      Upper Management does not have direction required to succeed in the future. Sales, Product Management, Development are all silos and on their own agenda. Little or no cooperation or communication between them. This shows from the latest rounds of product releases and management shakeups.
