Pros

Stable job, decent pay package

Cons

Certain teams have people moving out due to lack of growth, access to applications and processes are not handed over to folks in certain countries . Management pays deaf ear to any training queries.

Pros

Better work culture. Some team managers are really good and friendly. Some managers understand and allow work from home, leave.

Cons

-Politics favoritism biases. -If you are your manager's fav a fresh joiner can become principle engineer in lesser than 4 year. -Only some managers are good and friendly. -No good hikes. They even give one digit hike percentages and blindly say 'you did good but the company didnt perform well this year. so we can give only so much'. -No employee benefits. I meant NO literally. -US and India employees are not looked like the same. -They announce some policy and they cancel it suddenly without even asking suggestions from the people being affected. -Ex, H1 policy was stopped abruptly. L1 travel was introduced 2 years back, now the policy was closed recently which was abrupt as well, same for B1 travels also. No discussion, no consideration of affected employees. -They take employees very easily.

Thank you for leaving a review. While I am disappointed by your experience, that is not typically what we hear from our engineers. I’d love to take time to speak with you and dive deeper into your concerns and understand your expectations around and a few matters you brought up. To address your comments around merit, please note that all merit is performance based. During the review cycle, every individual will go through an open conversation with their respective Manager. If you still have further concerns after that conversation, you can always escalate to your HRBP for further advice. I am more than happy to chat to you one on one to address any concerns that you have – Joe Sabu –Head of Research and Development - India

Pros

Excellent technology. Forgiving culture. Management is highly motivated to improve. Not so large of a company that an individual contribution can't make an impact on overall quarterly results.

Cons

Although management is motivated to change, management may have to be forced to change. Product management needs to greatly improve.
