      Nice environment. Easy to go work. Good professionals. Relatively good salaries

      Lack of aggressive strategy to gain market. Very poor marketing. A very naïf approach to the business.

      A company that gets built from the ground up with no acquisitions. Great to contribute to such a story.

      Cons

      Sales teams and processes are micromanaged like in a much smaller shop. Beware of targets: 70 is the new 100 for many in the sales teams.
