      Pros

      Really take care of people. The management I experienced was really focused on doing what was right for the customer. Still the leader in Data Management from a complete product stance.

      Cons

      Complicated technology, difficult to install and maintain. This software touches everything in the data center and is very brittle. The approach is outdated and many competitors have entered the market as a result of the opportunities.

      Pros

      Good blend of people and skills. Benefits as good if not better then most. Share grants/scheme. Good offices and work space. New Management team which is more people focused. Massive potential to be a great company to work for in the long term.

      Cons

      Very high pressure environment mostly due to lack of resources. This is a ticket bashing centre currently...little to no project work. Workload is immense and policy has clearly shifted to quantity over quality of work. It is all about the Stats (that dont make sense/ inaccurate/are ill defined) and little about the quality and value that makes for service excellence. The company has been growing rapidly and steadily which in itself is a good thing..financially very stable...but it still seems to harbour this mentallity of running Operations/Support like a small business with flaky processes or lack of. Lack of desirable career paths, knowing what one has to achieve to progress...and no real IDPs. I believe this is currently being given some heavy focus by Management.

      A highly innovative solution that is placed brilliantly in the market place. More importantly a supporting culture from management at all levels. Very fast paced.
