Pros

Great colleagues across the organisation

Cons

Managers shout at people on the floor, indulge in temper tantrums, snap at people and strip people of their dignity by having them in tears on the floor.

Pros

Great location, technically savvy team, not afraid to advance processes. The campus is top notch with great of attention paid to keeping employees there, happy & engaged. Pay is OK, equity is offered for many positions. If you have a great manager you will love working here.

Cons

Qtr ends are rough company-wide, reporting time frames are pretty unrealistic, career growth isn't the best. All of this is known and the management team is supposedly working on making it all better. All departments are too segregated from each other with no formal communication or management structure overlaying the whole company. I would bet most G&A people don't even know what commvault's products actually do.

Pros

Really good product. Some really good people. Slightly above average employee benefits and compensation

Cons

Market space is tough and highly competitive.
