      Pros

      Growth potential as the industry is still growing. Treat employees with respect and reward for hard work. From a corporate perspective they make a priority of infusing fun into the workplace.

      Cons

      Promotions based on how long one has been with the company as opposed to what an employee brings to the table. Extremely long hours for little gratitude within specific organizations and credit can often times be taken by a superior for what a subordinate has accomplished.

      Good product, small company, flixible and enterpreneurship environment

      Cons

      Attracting micro-managers from big vendors for VP and AVP positions (mostly in EMEA) with weird culture that ruins enthusiasm and attitude plus affects the numbers. So called new leadership is nothing but covering new useless executives and putting a blame on old, but still performing passionate professionals.

      CommVault has had an edge over it's competitors for the last 5 years but haven't quite maximised their advantage

      Pros

      Technology is good ie. customers are happy most of the time Support is outstanding - based in Australia and very capable Flexible workplace for the most Opportunity to make good money if you are good at what you do

      Cons

      Australia is a smaller part of the US centric business. As a result, this region can get left out of planning or not catered for with business decisions that affect globally. Not enough value coming from Sales VP and above ie. sales strategies scarce, success building alliances is limited Reliant on a large global alliance and a weak partner community Professional Services capability is weak - not Enterprise grade (they can do PS for Enterprises but doesn't have an Enterprise approach)
