      don't see it as a con really, but it is hard work and ever changing

      Pros

      The product is fantastic and the package on offer is usually pretty good.

      Cons

      Pockets of fantastic people exist within CommVault and 'newer' members are bringing in much needed skill sets though many of the 'remaining' management still have some serious gaps which will remain a problem until some tough decisions are made at the upper levels.

      Flexiblity, solid technology, reputation.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Although CommVault started in the '90s, it is struggling to grow revenues as consistently as it has in the past 5 years. The company is in hiring mode but if it doesn't manage people growth well employee churn will increase.
