      Pros

      - Nice relaxed environment - Work Flexibility , Option to work from home - No micro-management - Freedom to express your ideas - Good benefits , Good paid time off - Company Stocks - Bagel Fridays, Ice Cream truck in summers, 25 cent soda, onsite gym etc - New state of art building in construction ...

      Cons

      - Communication within departments is not that good - Management not that enthusiastic to adopt new processes - Though you get to work in latest technologies , you can get into a comfort zone

      Pros

      I am working here more than 1 year, interesting work, flexible timings, no work pressure but more work , cool management, you can not even move to big companies like Microsoft , amazon. you will get such attachment with company.

      Cons

      though no pressure, but too much of work. Not great pay. No bonus at all. No release bonus. No yearly bonus.

      Pros

      Solid products and technology. Great place to learn a lot, if you have the right mentor(s). Excruciating attention to detail helps ensure that operating policies and procedures are followed.

      Cons

      If you fall out of favor with your manager, it's like being excommunicated. You will no longer be provided with what you need (tools, information, support) to fulfill your responsibilities effectively. Managers like to take credit for the good work of team members, but are quick to lay blame on staff.
