      Pros

      Most importantly there are great people to work with. The first couple of weeks - 1 month training is invaluable and very well delivered. This is a challenging role, which, I don't know about you, but I love. Also importantly, the pay and benefits are great!

      Cons

      Often management will splash out on lunch or drinks after a busy day - this will start to cost me as my waistline grows!

      being in central Reading means there is real social vibe, the morale is incredible nobody is afraid to roll up sleeves and get stuck in to help out a team mate the company has lots of growth and plenty of opportunity for anyone who joins now

      John Lewis is just a 2 minute walk so is M&S
