Zero Training: Majority of this team’s sales staff have little to no experience in tech sales. There’s no structured training to help you get up to speed on a complicated product. Inconsistent Expectations: Change daily, and leadership rarely communicates with each other to ensure a unified message. Lack of support: Prepare to endure condescending and belittling remarks from the Director as he attempts to assert his importance. There is a feeling of eroding confidence from new hires who are already struggling to learn a complex product without any training or guidance.
