Pros

The equity and compensation were fair. The international sales and enablement leaders were far better and easier to work with than North American sales and enablement leaders, which is not always the case. Upper SALES management is good (global leaders), but below that in North America… not so great.

Cons

The Enablement leaders and Sales leaders in North America are micromanagers and truly very fake people. Lots of chatter and unprofessional talk behind backs of colleagues. It’s almost representative of high school cliques (management setting that example, that trickles down to the rest of the group). The leaders have no feel for how to manage personalities on those teams. Bias and favoritism seeps through the walls. I would advise anyone to read all recent reviews before accepting a role in sales or enablement in the U.S., and observe the turnover rates of the AEs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our goal is always to create a culture of fairness, integrity, and respect where our teams feel supported to do their best. We believe that collaborating in-person is a great way to unite our team and have received a lot of positive feedback on in-office perks we're offering at our Fort Lauderdale office. We're sorry to hear you did not have this experience and will share your insights with our HR and leadership teams. Doria H., The Talent Team
