Pros

Lunch is provided in office quite often

Cons

To clarify, I can only speak to the experiences had on my team, which was the Velocity team sitting in Fort Lauderdale, responsible for selling Commvault’s SaaS solution. There is a complete lack of direction and guidance, which is easily felt but never mentioned. New hires were frequently confused due to poor onboarding, being told different things from different management. Lack of technical resources for the team, which I think is due to a lack of respect for this particular business unit within the company. You will be told not to get lunch with your coworkers outside of the office so as not to distract you from your work, while that same individual leaves the office at 2pm. Accountability is non existent. VP will tell you she doesn’t have to like you as a person if you make her money lol. Worst turnover rate I’ve ever seen. All in all, it is a very poor experience across the board and I recommend to stay away or proceed with extreme caution.
