1). Poor in Accounting and recognizing engineering talents. 2). they tell that, do your job and discharge your duties, CVLT will take care of you. But it is a lie. apart from your work you need to do some politics to be recognized. 3). because of it's underrated situation in the market it has to retain it's stock price by cutting expenses. so it is laying off employees every year. it loses employment reputation.
