But it is a lie. apart from your work you need to do some politics to be recognized. 3). because of it's underrated situation in the market it has to retain it's stock price by cutting expenses. so it is laying off employees every year. it loses employment reputation.

Need more headcount. Not a lot of individual contributors for the amount of work management is looking for.
