      1. Good compensation 2. High visibility as you work on features that are immediately visible to customers 3. You are free to try out new ideas or suggest them to people who might be in a position to implement it.

      Cons

      1. Poor coordination between teams. 2. Work pressure spikes at times to the extent that it becomes quite hard to meet deadlines

      Pros

      I am working here more than 1 year, interesting work, flexible timings, no work pressure but more work , cool management, you can not even move to big companies like Microsoft , amazon. you will get such attachment with company.

      Cons

      though no pressure, but too much of work. Not great pay. No bonus at all. No release bonus. No yearly bonus.
