Pros

Good benefits, decent pay for a Midwest company

Cons

This is the most toxic and chaotic company I have ever worked at. You’ll fit in perfectly if you’re an agreeable white Nebraskan. I have heard these folks being anti-(insert country here) openly in meetings and those are the folks that get promoted. The company retaliates against people who are different or not agreeable and doesn’t see that diversity, different perspectives, different ways of working or communicating can bring a lot of value. People who are successful at this company often have minimal previous relevant experience and tend to be the loudest in the room. If you’re the type to keep your head down and do great work, be prepared to not be recognized, but also criticized constantly in an extremely unprofessional manner.

Pros

Used to be a chill middle of the road little construction tech shop. Wasn’t a bad place to work, had its bumps, but was fun.

Cons

New leadership is floundering trying to feature factory our way towards maximizing revenue. Squeezing blood from a stone among ICs. Pay fairness is bad, nepotism is too common, and bad culture under the surface of a very bubbly rosy sales pitch.

Pros

This is an enjoyable workplace filled with intelligent, enthusiastic, and captivating individuals. The engineers are engaged and fun to work with. The work-life balance is excellent, with personal boundaries being honored. The unlimited paid time off policy is genuinely implemented. The CEO is a unique and entertaining person with a remarkable product sense.

Cons

The atmosphere here is changing. Once a lively and people-focused workplace, CompanyCam now feels different. Although every place has its biases and imperfections, the effort to respect and value employees was evident. Lately, however, employees are being treated more like assets than individuals. Several have been abruptly terminated with no prior notice or company-wide communication, leading to growing job insecurity among the staff.
