Great and supportive team. Lots of opportunities to grow, take initiative and identify those opportunities to pave a path for yourself here.

Cons

Quite far, not much to do around after work too. Highly recommend you have a car if you are commuting, transit can be unreliable.

A lot of Pro's working here Compass had a lot of opportunity for growth. I've been here for over 3 months and really enjoy my time here. Everyone is willing to listen to new ideas to improve day to day work.

Cons

Need more desks at the office.
