You work from home. provide equipment

Cons

- You dont get a raise for 18 months but they every 6 months tell you how your productivity is going. ( If you want employees to be productive maybe not wait a 1 year 6 months to give them a raise) - Some project leads dont care how you feel

I'm sorry to hear that this has not been your experience, and that you've felt that some of the leaders you've worked with do not care. I would invite you to share more with our people team so that we can help with some of your concerns. Regarding pay, we have invested in pay increases and will be implementing a company-wide performance review process this year as well. Our goal is for every employee to know where they stand, how they're doing, what they need to do to improve, and the financial outcome of their performance over time.
