Pros
The hours I had worked perfect with my home schedule. I was cross trained in a few areas that were not in the initial employee contract but it was worth it.
Cons
HR has favorites when it comes down to following thru with complaints and/or issues. This not only happened to me but a few other employees as well. Calls and emails went months without being answered. When they finally decided to look into the initial request we were talked down to. Made us seem like we were children with a petty issue and were told that what the person was doing to us, from where out issues stemmed, was allowed to do that just because they were management. They kept cutting me off when I spoke and it got to the point where I had to walkabout from being so frustrated with the situation. Not only was I disrespected by my manager but by HR as well. We were not allowed to have a voice and every time we spoke to others in management regarding a problem or anything else we would get written up.
