All the food you can eat. Delightful children. Thankful Principal and School Staff.

Cons

No time for 10 minute breaks. Have to wear uniforms with heavy serving jackets and aprons. Running back and forth washing dishes between serving lunches.

It's an easy commute for me plus benefits are good.

Cons

My position is a low hourly wage job with very little wage increase. This is discerning since the company at least grossed in 17 billion dollars last year and it can't seem to give its employees a significant increase in pay and they work you to the bone. Advancement opportunities seem to be promoted for internal employees or at least thats what they want you to believe. I personally went on many interviews for manager in training for food service, a career path I was interested in. In the end they always chose a candidate from outside the company. I was very disappointed by this.
