Very understanding company that works with you and doesn’t penalize you for small errors. Supportive work environment.

Cons

Poor training. Kind of thrown to the wolves and told to figure it out. Many supervisors don’t really do their jobs and withdraw when the clinician needs help. Also not enough supervisors for the amount of clinicians and clients. Too many evening cases. Many were only getting 8-14 hour work weeks and full time is just not possible.
