Team building environment, supportive and caring management, cares about all employees, no micromanagement.

Cons

The only con I have is that I can’t move further south because I love working here too much!

Compass provides a very supportive environment and fosters practitioners growth and development.

Cons

Due to the nature of in-home therapies, practitioners are often working long hours, sometimes inconsistent. While it is out of the control of management, there are likely going to be client cancellations.

Hard to reach full time status Don’t get to pick a supervisor so may end up with someone you ha e some issues with Late hours, really feels like you’re working all day with admin stuff in the morning and sessions in the afternoon/evening. Makes work-life balance hard After the new hire trainings, they don’t provide much opportunity to grow. Mostly wait for the opportunity to come to you.
