This company has a very positive, supportive culture. You get free supervision and positive support when you make mistakes. I had excellent supervision and generally very helpful, engaged colleagues.

Great supervision and training, flexible schedules, ability to control your caseload, food at longer supervisions and trainings, family-friendly company gatherings, bonuses for new-employee referrals, use of iPads for clinical documentation

Cons

Not always aware of training room schedule (would have to leave in the middle of creating resources for clients because this was where laminating machines and other supplies were kept)
