Team building environment, supportive and caring management, cares about all employees, no micromanagement.

Cons

The only con I have is that I can’t move further south because I love working here too much!

Atmosphere was welcoming and supportive

Cons

Hours are so long. Be prepared to work until 8-8:30 at night. Earliest I was able to be home was 7-7:30. Not abnormal in the field but difficult to maintain with a family

Due to the nature of in-home therapies, practitioners are often working long hours, sometimes inconsistent. While it is out of the control of management, there are likely going to be client cancellations.
