Pros
The interview process moved quickly, expectations were set and delivered on. Every person on the team I interviewed with focused on a key principle within the company which I found to be an insightful approach to gauge fit. The people I've met here are inspired and care deeply about what we're doing. We're in a great position as a company to build the industry leading platform to transact on real estate and support the best real estate agents in the business
Cons
There are some macro headwinds that are moving quickly such as rising interest rates that may slow or change the trajectory of the real estate market. We see this as an opportunity to continue enhancing our platform and recruiting the best agents. Real estate data is messy and a challenge to work with it. It requires patience and diligence to understand the complexity. It also necessitates that we continue to develop systems that can push our tech solutions forward as well as the real estate source data from our industry.

- Progressive values - Benefits are amazing (med, dent, vis, lots of holidays, expense perks: personal fit, phone, internet, etc.) - Autonomy (not micromanagers) - Growth opp's - Love the open/transparent communication within the team - Work/life balance (rarely overtime, very respectful of your time) - Agents you work with are amazing people
Cons
- Although there are lots of growth opportunities, the path for growth is unclear and from what I've seen, not fairly given out. This aspect is very sticky. - Upper management is out of touch with employee ambitions/professional needs.
