Good place to work and advance in IT field career

Pros

Good enviroment, great leadership, top of the line Tech, good coach, flexibility to WFH (if needed).

Cons

Slow growth, no bennefits other than the common in the local country, payment is in local currency (and with US dollar fluctuation this affects salary), no education beneffits for family
