      Free snacks, beer and soda. Nice location.

      Cons

      Old school mentality. Nepotism. Oblivious to the abnormal behavior of many team members. Unstable team because people quit.

      Great location, great beer culture if you like beer, fantastic CTO, flexible hours, dedicated team

      Cons

      CEO who can't make decisions, lack of leadership, culture of cronyism, cliquey business leadership, haven't learned that a 50 person company is different than a 10 person company.
