Overall, CRT is a great company to work for. From day 1, CRT set me up for success with an extensive first week of training and preparation. Everyone here seems to be nice and noticed that I was new and made me feel very welcomed. The company in general is rapidly growing which is why everyone always seems to be in a good mood. Management is great - wishes you a Happy Birthday on screens, very transparent on company information, and thanks everyone for their hard work once a month at an all employee meeting. Throughout the year they also have company picnics, fitness competitions, Holiday parties, etc. There is strong internal promotion opportunities and an awesome employee referral program. CRT is definitely a textbook "hard work pays off" kind of place. Benefits: Fully paid health insurance, profit sharing, deferred profit sharing, in-house gym. CRT is also very military friendly. Alot of people that I am associated with have previously been in the military in some capacity which I think is pretty cool.

I felt the interview process was very thorough and positive. They did a really great job of providing me with a clear picture of what CRT does, the CRT work environment, and what is to be expected of the engineering position. I was provided a full plant tour, met with engineering and production management, other engineers, and HR management. Working at CRT has been challenging and engaging, and the company fosters learning every day. There are so many knowledgable and approachable people throughout the company in all departments, which has made this very technical position enjoyable and rewarding so far.
