      Always short staffed placing added work load as a result CSR duties gets put off or delayed.

      Talks the talk, but could use some walking shoes

      Good pay and room to move

      Cons

      They speak a lot about culture, values, safety, and training, however they have no real follow through if it costs them any time or money. THey preach RTC (Respect, Teamwork, Communication) and stumble at all 3.

      While most of our team members don't post on Glassdoor, they know we have an open door where they can communicate their concerns and positive experiences at Composites One. In fact, one of of our valued team members, who earlier this year had a string of personal challenges, recently commented that "The speed and veracity at which supporting internal staff reacted to my situation has left me contemplating the fact that what could have left me with a very negative impression reinforced what Composites One is really all about - Respect, Teamwork and Communication. In my 29-year career, I have grown a little skeptical about buzzwords and catchphrases of the day, so it is refreshing to have a career somewhere where I truly feel they care about me."       Pros

      Composites One is a great company to work for. They truly take care of their employees in all aspects of business. Is it hard work at times? Absolutely, but it is also very rewarding. There is a reason Composites One has such a low turnover rate. Most of the jobs you see available are not from people quitting its from either people working at Composites One long enough to retire or new opportunity's because of growth inside the company.

      Cons

      You won't like it if you don't have the want to live by the core values in place.
