We don’t disagree with some of the concerns expressed in this review. In late May, we surveyed our entire company and we clearly heard that we have some overworked Team Members. As a result, we have further stepped-up recruiting and are adding to our Team to help lighten the load. We also heard that we need to be more flexible on vacation time and we are addressing that, as well. On the other hand, the great majority of our Team tells us they appreciate and value our health insurance plan. We thank the reviewer for pointing out our 401(k) plan which contains a substantial profit-sharing component.
