Pros
I've been lucky to work in my past jobs in a company that focuses on having software help make clinical trials run more efficient. This holds true with Comprehend, where the whole vision is about helping you look at all of your data and make quicker decisions. I've joined at an exciting time where the Product is implementing newer features that cater to the customer's needs, so we're learning a lot constantly.
Not only on the software side, but so many people here come from the industry and have extensive knowledge on all aspects of clinical trials (data management, IVR/EDC/CTMS/Safety/ and on and on and on). Every day there is interesting conversations about what customers want and industry trends, and since we touch a lot of data sources there is so much to learn from.
So many perks! Lunch, laundry, music streaming, parking all make the overhead of working so much easier.
I love the location; parking options, close to train station, downtown area is nice and full of different things to do.
Cons
Hard to list a Con; I would say lack of an elevator but the stairs are refreshing to have and always beats waiting for an elevator. Plus you get exercise.
