Pros

Pro #1 - Company mission to help speed up the clinical trials process in order to bring help bring drugs and medical devices to those who need it. Pro #2 - Some dedicate and smart employees who want to make a positive impact in the world. Pro #3 - Cool office location as downtown Redwood City is underrated place to work.

Cons

Con #1 - No reference-able customers at this time. Con #2 - Too much politics for a company this size Con #3 - Lack of execution

Walk carefully into this one

Pros

Founders are good people and are still with company Founders try to instill a fun culture Lots of food in the kitchen Provide lunch every day

Cons

Lots of new management came in and only the worst survived Head of Development, CFO, VP of Customer Success left after very short stints Intense pressure used by the new managers Lost a widow of opportunity when the company had the market to themselves and now the space is over crowed Just had a round of layoffs in August.

Pros

- Has potential to be disruptive because pain does exist in the market - Unique office in Downtown Redwood City with typical startup perks; surrounded by good eateries, bar; close to Caltrain - Some hard workers

Cons

- Leadership is partly immature and partly egocentric - Politics have taken over in the last 12+ months and negatively affected company culture; very uncomfortable at times - Poor execution of the vision multiple times - Inconsistently follow process across all departments - Low morale; high attrition - Little career growth opportunities

Thank you for your feedback. Comprehend just hired an internal Human Resources team that will eliminate a lot of concern listed here. Having internal HR personnel will help by having someone dedicated to really understand the business, what its drivers are, it’s objectives, its needs and the needs of the people within the business.
